Hello all,
I am working in Revit 19.2.20.24 on BIM 360. I have opened the model in the proper way from the new home screen and opened it as audit. (I did not open the model through the desktop connector). When I hit sync everything works as expected (I doubled checked that the central file path is BIM 360://...).
When I try to save the following message pops up. "This model has been transmitted from some other location. What do you want to do?"
The file saves fine as the first and last parts of the sync.
I have also deleted my PacCache, collaboration cash folders and all files in my computer's temp folder. I then restarted and opened the file again downloading a new copy to my computer. Same results though. I am able to see all of my synced changes to the file. All others working on this project are having the same issue.
Any thoughts?
Thank you,
Steven

Addition:
Talking further with the team members, this issue started happening after BIM360 went down last Friday. Not sure if it's related but figured its worth noting.
Try this:
1) in BIM 360, rename the model, appending something to its name
2) From BIM 360, download that model
3) From your downloads folder, open that model with the detach option, preserve workset
4) From the model, do Collaborate > in BIM 360 > navigate to folders > set the file name to be the original name and > Initiate. Now you have a new cloud model.
5) From BIM 360, select the file name that you renamed before. > Delete.
Thanks for the reply @Alfredo_Medina,
I was thinking that it needed to be recreated. I guess I just wanted to make sure.
Thanks,
