Toposolid UV Mapping Issue

Hello, everyone,

I have just installed Revit 2024 and have noticed a very annoying problem when using the new Toposolid tool. As an architectural firm we found ourselves very often wanting to display large portions of terrain with their texture. With Toposurface, the UV map of the terrain material was applied very precisely over the entire extent of the terrain, whereas now with Toposolid it all seems to be very imprecise. Starting from the same terrain dxf file, we made a comparison between the Toposurface generated in Revit 2022 or 2023 and the Toposolid generated in Revit 2024. The result is a substantial difference in the amount of points processed.
Although there have been steps forward in the handling of points within Toposolid, we would like to point out a big downgrade on the graphical visualisation of the tool.

We hope that this problem will be resolved as soon as possible, thanking the development team in advance.

Bye!

That is the situation now with 2024's toposolid. Some steps went forward, and some steps went back. I wish the user had been given the  flexibility to use either one of the tools, topography or toposolid, especially considering that the new tool is still in devlopment. That would have been better, in my opinion, instead of replacing one tool with the other.
