Toposolid Preventing Selection of Property Lines in Linked File?

Wondering if anyone else has seen this behavior and/or found a better solution for working around it?
I have a linked site file that contains both the property lines and a toposolid element for my building.  In views where the linked file is visible, I am unable to tab-select or snap to the linked property line elements unless I first turn off visibility of the linked toposolid element.  With visibility of the linked toposolid on, I can still select the linked file and tab-select other items from that linked file (such as the toposolid), just not the property line elements.  I have also confirmed that I am able to select pinned elements regardless of whether live or linked.  Currently, I am using temporary view properties to hide the toposolids category when I need to snap to the property lines, so that I'm less likely to forget to turn them back on afterwards...

Try disable face selection.

Confirmed face selection is also disabled, but still unable to select the property lines unless I hide the toposolid.

Adding a screenshot to clarify that there really isn't anything else going on in this view, though the issue does not seem to be view specific.  I cannot select the linked property line element in any view that the linked toposolid is also visible in.

Are you not using TAB to select?

Neither tab-selecting nor snapping are picking up the property line elements, though both work on other items in the linked file.  It's behaving exactly as if the property lines were in an underlay, or pinned with selection of pinned objects disabled.  Except neither of those is the case and behavior returns to normal as soon as the toposolid is hidden.

Do have any Add-in software deployed on your PC? We've seen some add-ins that have interfered with normal selection of elements in the past.

Definitely, though all managed by my organization so I don't have the ability to disable for troubleshooting.  Adding a screenshot of those currently in my add-ins folder in case anything is recognizably suspect.

Guardian was involved, back in March 2024, in the inability to delete toposolid points in the past so I'd see if Guardian is configured to block editing certain elements or if an update is available for your version(s) of Revit. If you don't configure Guardian for use in your firm, and/or are not the person who created the property line element in the first place you might not be "allowed" to select or edit it.

At this point I'm just accepting that I'll need to work around it and temporarily hide the toposolids category whenever I need to select a property line in that scenario.  I'll follow up with results though if our office BIM manager gets a chance to test your theory.  Thanks for taking the time to respond.
