Toposolid cut pattern not displaying if Phase Filter is applied

Now I'm having another VG problem with Toposolid not displaying the cut pattern when a Phase Filter is applied. Toposolid is set to Phase Created: Existing. Toposolid cut pattern is set to, well you guessed it, Earth. If Phase Filter is applied with Existing Phase set to By Category, the cut pattern will display. If a Phase Filter is applied, with Existing Phase set to Overriden, and no Graphic Overrides are set, including Cut Patterns Visible, the cut pattern will not display.

If Toposolid Phase Created is set to New Construction, the cut pattern will display when a Phase Filter is applied.

In Material > Phase - Exist, I can change the Cut Pattern and it will apply to the Toposolid, as well as all of the existing building. That does not get what's needed.

In the Building File where the Site File that contains the Toposolid, changing the Material > Phase- Exist Cut Pattern does not apply to the Toposolid, only existing elements in the Building File. V/G Overrides for the linked file are set to Phase Filter: <By Host>

This behavior did not happen with Toposurface. If the Phase Created is set to either new Construction or Existing, the cut pattern can be displayed and controlled with Phasing > Overrides. In both Site file and Building File. I've cross-referenced older project in 2023 with Toposolid.

And, NO, I do not want to set the Toposolid to New Construction. There is new and existing topo. Existing Toposolid

Is this a new behavior unique to Toposolid, or am I missing something? Toposolid graphics are not behaving the same Toposurface graphics.
