Topography

Hi, Is it possible to re-position the already place topography?  I thought I had drawn an area at 0mm height but think I set it to Ground and not Street level which is 300mm below.  I've had a look and I can't seem to find anywhere that says what level the topography is based on.  Can anyone help please.  Thanks.
