After creating topography I realized that terrain 0 i just too high and building 0 will be relatively -2,24. Currently level head of level 1 shows -2,24. I'd like to reset terrain coordinates so the level heads shows 0 and other levels ralatively. I thought I could change z coordinate of survey point or project base point and levels will recalculate to this level but didn't work. How to approach this?

It is much easier to align building ang topo if you create the topo in a separate model and link it into the Building's model (or vise versa) then use shared coordinates

first question is, are your levels based on Project Base Point or Survey Point?
if the building is on the correct levels, and the levels are not displaying the the correct elevations, id use the Relocate Project tool to move the level tot he correct elevation(Manage ribbon > Project Location > Position > Relocate Project).

Ok, I managed to acquire coordinates from a linked building file after also changing level head option to survey point. However when i annotate with "spot elevation" it still relates to terrain level. Terrain points levels didn't change.
what is your spot elevation based on?

Custom annotation relative set to "current level" When I change it to project related shows -2m the only solution is to set relative to level -1 but I'm thinking how to make it smarter and have a correct reading from project coordinates.
