Topography Contour Labels - Reading

Hello,

I was hoping someone might have some advice they could give me for this problem I am having.  I learned many years ago a handy trick to make the Level Datums Read two different ways.  The actual elevation (i.e. 0'-0" or 100'-0") and a shared elevation (549'-2" which corresponds to 0'-0" or 100'-0") without moving the physical datum to that elevation.

I have spent some time looking and perhaps have missed something very simple.  I would like to make my contour lines read in a shared way as well if possible?  I tried changing the information in the Survey Point by unpinning it but it doesn't seem to make the labels read differently on the contours (i.e. changing from 100'-0" to 549'-2" or 549.16').  I tried to use the "Specify Coordinates at a Point" on the manage tab but I can't select the Topography of course.  Is there another simple solution that I am missed?  I tried searching the forum first for answers so if I have missed something there please let me know.

Thanks in Advance for your input...

Joel
