Topographic points not showing

I am trying to place some topographic points but the points do not show up at all. No matter where i want to place my point, the point do not show up after clicking. I need some urgent advice. Appreciate any help.

Have you checked the usual suspect? Visibility and Graphics=>Topography=>(Subcategories)

Or, maybe the point elevation is outside the view range. (?)

...is that a raster image in your view? Send it to the Background or make Transparent.

There seems to be another problem. When i change my elevation to 16500, the problem surfaces again!

Here is my site settings. The highest point on my topo is 20000. Any advice on this?

The site settings don't have any bearing. The points aren't visible on placement?  Is that correct.  The way I understand it is that it seems to place points, but they are not visible. And, you checked the other usual suspects? VG, View Range?
