Top Railing & Floor Extension are not joining

Hi, I'm trying to create a railing on little staircase with curvy path. It's actually a simple railing with extension posts at both ends to the floor. But the extension post is not joining. I tried to edit the profile and seem the path for profile is continuous, but the profile does not lie on path same as the top rail. Any suggestion on resolving this?

One way is to edit the rail profile and set the origin to center instead of top.  Or share your model here if you want to keep the profile as is.
