hi
Apparently I changed a setting without knowing it and all of a sudden there are lines appearing in the 3D view that I don't want there to be.
Does anyone know what I changed?
thanks
Thomas

hello, try to untick your "use hardware accelaeration" from options and see if helps. change your "detail level" to FINE. aslo considered your graphics card in this issue. thanks
nothing worked, I just took an older version where the lines where not yet appearing and saved the file.
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous,
@ennujozlagam is right, I have had the same issue appearing along the line of working on my project.
It appears that the views start showing lines they shouldn't. And it gets worse xwith time.
On the other hand, on my computer, it appears that this problem is "reset" if I create a new 3D view...
But not if I duplicate the existing one.
Don't ask me why!
So solution is to recreate your view,
What is weird is that even after switching to a professional computer, the bug doesn't appear on new views, but stays visible in already "bugged" ones.
And nothing to do about it!
Hope this helps,
François

Hi Thomas,
Can you please, upload your Revit model and name the certain view which shows this graphic behavior?
I´d be happy to take a closer look, play around with it and forward it to the development team for further investigation in case it is necessary.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Hi Thomas,
Thank you for your feedback.
I understand, this happens on a particular machine only and you suspect that it is related to an underperforming graphics card.
You might want to check for graphics card driver updates from the manufacturer.
If it doesn´t help or you find this reproducible on multiple machines with the same project file, please, feel free to get back to me and let me investigate your project file.
At this time, I will go ahead and mark my reply as an accepted solution in order to point other customers with the same issue to the troubleshooting steps I´ve just suggested.
