Nevermind. I don't understand what you mean by apply the "to / from the local" characteristics of "DOORS" and "WINDOWS" to the "WALLS"
Walls don't include From and To Room data for scheduling. The rooms on either side of a wall is something that Dynamo can be used to extract. The question is how are you planning to show/share that data with others? If it is in a schedule then you'd have to use dynamo to extract the data and then store it in shared parameters that are applied to the wall category. This way you could run dynamo to fill in the values and then display them in a schedule.

What if a wall runs across several rooms, such a corridor wall? What if a wall has no fenestration? Maybe explain what your ultimate goal and someone may have a different workaround.
You might want to look into "Roombook".
I have previously used Dynamo similar to what @SteveKStafford described to get wall parameters into the Rooms (schedules and tags) but not the rooms into the walls... Common walls in circulation areas for instance might be an issue as @ToanDN stated... not sure how it would look like (From: Corridor-17 To: ... Multiple Rooms in one parameter?)
maybe split those walls

hi I'd like to know if it's possible doing it without using dynamo, thank you for the help.
i'm used to splitting walls, so that every part of the wall shows the rooms that it splits. Is there a way to do it automatically and not manually? thank you very much.
my ultimate goal is to find the part of the wall that has been split and to be able to find it by knowing which rooms it is dividing so that I can make a schedule.
Yes, manually...you select a wall and type the information into a shared parameter. Using Dynamo does that task for you a lot faster. You have to check the data against the model reality when changes occur.

Grazie speravo esistesse un sistema diretto in revit senza "UP" per elencare i locali come succede per le porte e le finestre. è davvero un peccato. installerò "dynamo" grazie
