I guess everyone has Tittle block family that has the corner mak like letter "L" and "L reverse" to mark the printing limit.
Our 2436 PDF prints came out ok....so far.
Yet we noticed the prints always off a little bit, like 1/16" to the right. With that offset, one of the L still shown on the print and the other is not.
I checked the measurements inside the title block family: they are correct as 2436
Wonder why.
I don't think it was the margin.
We print to 100% scale which is the title block limits.

That guess would be incorrect. I'm pretty sure that's a carryover from AutoCAD. Those "L"s were used for printing purposes way back and are not necessary in anymore.
Hi @yes_and_no,
Make sure the titleblock doesn't have reference lines extending it's bounds.
I've seen title blocks with nested families in which reference lines caused the titleblock size be off when printing.
Ref. lines should then be set "Not a Reference" or make sure they stay within the bounds.
Also Check in the project, and select the titleblock. What does the Sheet Width/Height report (automatically determined by revit)
Maybe post the Titleblock family?

You didn't understand the joke - or I didn't understand you. My understanding is that the hardcopy print is shifted 1/16". Well, if that's right, then that's why God invented Margins (haha). I mean, if you use a 1-inch Margin and lose 1/16-inch; who cares?
