Title Block - Label with text box

I'm trying to create a label for my title block similar to the project address label ('enter address here' text below).  When you click on the label to input the information a text box appears (1st image) rather than the typical 'change parameter' dialogue (2nd image).  Does anyone know how to add this for a shared parameter?

Project Address parameter is the only one with that interface.

In that case when you want to create that kind a multiline text then you can use use multiline text as a type of parameter(See picture).
