I haven't seen any posts on Revit 2026 —it seems pretty quiet here on the forum. Since the new release just dropped, I think it's high time we wake up the community!

A overview of the new Revit 2026 features here and here

Have you tested it? What's your favorite feature so far?

A lot of us do not upgrade when a new version is released. We just cannot risk using it for live projects.

We usually wait a couple of versions to change it...
And although I personally used to install the new versions just to play around with them, we don't start a new project until the first revision 202X.1 comes out.

In this version, what most catches my attention is the ability to create walls by room or segment (but I already used something similar with pyRevit), and I'm hopeful that they've really improved the toposolids.

The idea of sheet collections also has a lot of potential.

Hey Luis -  the save view position tool is pretty cool. Lets you save and modify a position of one view and use that to modify the positions of other views in the project. Perfect if you have enlarged plans. One thing that could be better with it though is that there's no option to save / lock the position of the Title Annotation so if you move the view but don't want the title to move you have to go to each sheet anyway ... maybe something for the Revit Ideas forum if any of the mods or Autodesk folks are watching 👀

Well put David, I think this tool is very helpful, but definitely needs the title annotation lockable too.
