Is this a new instalation?

If so the templates may have failed to install correctly.

If not.

Select the Application button (Blue R in top left corner)

Select Options

Go to file Locations and set the directory path to the needed templates.

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2016\Templates\UK\DefaultGBRENU.rte (my path, just to give a general idea)
