Hi, when trying to open projects via Autodesk Docs in Revit 24 there is a message that says "There are no projects in this Autodesk Docs account yet". Everyone who is using revit has this message and cannot access. I've checked the Health Dashboard and everything seems operational. Could this be a network / cloud issue? How can I fix this? I've closed, re-logged in and restarted to see if it would work but no avail.

Hi There,
Same issue in our office, across all projects and multiple different versions, no access to any of our cloud models,
just jumping on this thread to keep updated.

Hi, thanks for your reply. We are in the Australia region. So I'm wondering if thats a separate issue?

Edit: It’s an outage; however, for some users in certain regions, the services may be running properly. We operate on four continents, and in our offices, it seems to be working fine. The provided link will provide you with the update on the disruption. It should be resolved shortly.

@discreet_lau A temporary  fix seems to be there. maybe now you are able to see the projects. If not you might want to report the issue again.
