I'm not really sure what join condition you have in mind, but maybe this info will help:

I got another problem!

Thanks to you and the link, I got better understanding of a compound wall and how its layers work.

I don't know how you fixed but I decided not to wrap at ends so that's not problem anymore. (if you can share how you did, that would be great for future reference.

 

but now if i'm trying to align the walls, one of walls gets pushed farther from where it's supposed to join with the other wall.

How can I make them all continuous?

Right-click on the end point of the Top Vertical Wall and Disallow Join.
