the program closes suddenly

the program closes suddenly, out of the blue. I cannot work propperly. it happens every ten minutes approximately. I have 2025 version, what can I do?

from the given info, it is hard to know what is causing the crash. You would need to attach the journal file so one may check and help you accordingly. Otherwise, the following may help:

• First you need to make sure you have the latest updates installed. 
• If you have running firewall or VPN switch them off and feast without them just to check if either is causing the issue
• make sure you have enough disk spac
• type %Temp% in the windows search  box and delete all temp files and folders you find therein
• try to reduce screen resolution to that recommended for revit
• …

When it crashes, make notes as to what you were doing at that time. It may provide a clue or two as to what is causing it.

PS: the Journal files can be found in the following folder

• C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2025\Journals

replace %username% with with the windows user. And try to post the file straight after Revit crashes
