the Grid is hidden element, how I can show it in plan?

Hi, I need an urgent help. Currently I am checking some people's plan, and I found the Grid is hidden element, no matter how I tried( like checking visibility control), it just won't shown up.  Does anyone know what cause this issue?

Have you checked the filters in the view template or the workset
