the Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro Sync Activity Indicator in the Status Bar is missing!

Hi! We are a group of 10 architects working with BIM 360 model in Revit 2023, and only 2 of us missing the Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro Sync Activity Indicator in the Status Bar, and also the synch window doesn't show while the  synch is going on. Can someone guild me to a post or article with solution or might explain this incident? any suggestion is appreciated.

Are you missing the workset in the status bar? Go to View > User Interface > Status bar - Worksets
