I had this problem that, when I create mirrored group, the texture tend to rotate uncontrollably.
I had this problem multiple time, thus made me always avoid using grouping method whenever I can. But this time I do really need a grouping since the geometry are mirrored and complex.
Is there any way I can do to keep the texture aligned with the original group?

i'm not quite sure, but perhaps if you control the rotation of texture (Materials browser / Texture editor) in a way that keeps aligned perpendicular to mirror axis it may work. Also try with Link texture transform option.

Anyway, to gave you some context, In my company I worked, there is a policy to create the model not align with X Y axis, like the picture i shown below
Is there any correlation regarding this method? or do you had any solution?
