You cannot add Hyperlink to a Text note.  But you can add a Generic Annotation family with an URL parameter.  Highlight an instance of the family, click on a button on the Properties and it will bring you to the designated address.

Not possible.  The only way to get close is through the URL parameter.

This seems like such a simple and obvious feature to have in Revit. Not sure why there isn't a quick and easy way to insert a hyperlink.

That's certainly something that we're looking into for PDF and printed output. But in this workflow we're looking for clickable links within the Revit model on a PC, for information sharing between design team members and some construction management firms who we share our model with. And the URL parameter in family properties is too hidden and unintuitive. Besides, not all information is associated with an existing family in the model.

That could be solution indeed, but not as straightforward as clicking a link i guess.

Allowing clickable text or symbols that lead to specific websites or resources would undoubtedly elevate the usability of the generated documents.

The lengthy URLs often associated with annotations can be a visual distraction, especially in professional documents. It's astonishing that in this day and age, Revit doesn't provide the option to display shortened URLs or custom hyperlink text. This simple enhancement would go a long way in improving the aesthetics of the output.

Considering the current state of technology and the fast-paced nature of our industry, I believe these features should have been integrated into Revit by now.

I urge Autodesk Team to take these suggestions seriously. As a dedicated user, I am genuinely surprised that such fundamental features are still missing in Revit's arsenal.
