Hi all,
I've looked around the forums a bit to try and find solutions to this problem, and the closest I can find is when printing some people have seen the text get bigger.
My problem is similar. I'm using Revit 2021. I recently set up a new computer to work remotely (I had previously been working remotely on a different PC). When opening my projects from work, all the text in the Title block displays far larger than it is, and thus gets clipped out of its text box.
Example:
What it should look like:
Things I have tried:
I don't know if this is relevant information, but I have:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
RTX 3070 (drivers are up to date, if that affects the graphics of the text)
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Frank

I believe so? It's Arial narrow. I can check on the computer when I get home.
I did read that some 64-bit systems don't have it installed. If this is the case, is there a way I can get a copy? My other home pc was upgraded from Windows 7 (where it sounds like Arial Narrow was included), so it may be that is the issue
Hi,
Is this from Remote access or directly on the pc itself?.
It also happend with printing (pdf or so)?

It's directly on the PC itself. I have not tried printing, I was just making a comparison to other people who've expressed a similar problem when printing.
This sounds like an issue I had previously.

The solution was to install Arial Narrow as suggested by @SamBerk above.

This website has a few guides for different ways to install fonts to windows 10.
This did it. This morning I used my old PC and copied all fonts into a folder, then put arial narrow into the new computer. Now the text displays correctly. Thank you!
