How do you align text within Revit with relation to geometry?

Examples: placed exactly in the middle between two lines; certain offset from line; line through the middle of the text; origin/position at Endpoint etc...

Move text in a Model Family parametrically? How about a Generic Annotation Family nested into a Detail Item Family nested into a Model Family like this:

Is this all you are trying to do?

Change the Label's Horizontal Align to "Left" in the GA Family and use EQ Dimensions in the Parent Family.
