Hello,
I want to create a bathroom to use in multiple drawings with tag and dimensions on elevations, so when I copy it to different drawing, I don’t have to tag and put dimension for the elements again when they are in new drawing to save time. What will be the best way to approach this?
Thank you,

Group it all. then create a detail groups for plan (and elevation? I've never done that, but I'm assuming you can) that are assigned to the model group (bathroom).
then you can copy/paste the groups from Revit file to Revit file.
You can create the bathroom model in the project, annotate it, select the bathroom model and its annotations to create a group then you will have a model group with its attached detail group. Place this model group in other locations then you can select them and choose to add Attached detail group to them from the ribbon.
