Template & Library Sync (No Duplicates with Import)

I am trying to have my detail library and template synced so that when I import details from the detail library I do not get duplicated family types.

My latest attempt involves copying the detail library --> Save As Template --> Remove Unwanted views. This way my detail library becomes the basis for the template and when I make a new template it will always be the same as the detail library.

This should leave all the SAME families correct?

However, when I load the template and import the sheets I want from the detail library I am still getting duplicates.

Any clues to why these 17 are getting renamed?

These were all detail groups. After deleting them in template there was no warnings/duplications upon import from the detail library.
