We currently have a 2022 Revit model and are running into the issue of not being able to open the model. This has been happening once a week or more. We are getting the error that another user needs to sync before we can open it, I forget the exact wording. It doesn't matter who syncs or how many times, that doesn't resolve it. Instead we turn of one of the worksets, the unit workset in particular. When this is done prior to opening the model we are able to get into it. Our model has quite a few links, it's a multifamily building that has quite a few links (12?) which are the unit links and are all on the Unit workset. The model and links are hosted to BIM360 if that makes a difference. I've also tried archiving the main model and deleting from BIM 360 (not links), doing an audit and purge and reloading it to BIM 360. That seemed to help for a week but then this error happened again. Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated.
No, this is unrelated to the autodesk/revit shut down. I decided to post this since I couldn't do other work but we have been having this issue prior, for weeks.
