Table with all grand totals

is it possible to make table where are grand totals (prices) from all other tables ?
so its possible to make one table for entire project price estimation

No, not really possible.

 

However you should be able to use Dynamo for that. Read the information form the relevant elements and then store the grand totals in one or more dummy element(s) and then schedule those elements

 

Or you export your schedules and then do the work in software like Excel

Yes and no.

 

No, you can't retrieve the total values and put them in a new schedule.

Yes, you could make a material take off and group it per family category.

 

Other ways to achieve it is using Dynamo or exporting it to Excel.

Yeah a new multi category legend that's grouped by category is probably your best bet. Hope this helps!

Same Category Tables?  Why not just copy the Table as many times as you want, and use the original as the Master, and use filtering rules in the copies to filter out elements being counted and totaled?
