Syncing default project Levels between Structural & Architectural templates

I created a model in structural template by creating different Levels as per project requirement. Then I started an architectural template & imported the structural model by linking it. Is there any way to ensure that the Levels in the architectural template are auto-synced to the levels from the structural template. How to do the Levels management or do I need to create the levels exactly as in the structural template before linking the structural file itself.

Please advise.

Not "Auto Sync" but you can Copy/Monitor the structural Levels and Grids into your architectural model. then you will get a message if they move.

If a model already has equivalent levels (or grids) then you can use the Monitor portion of Copy/Monitor (C/M) to let Revit watch yours and theirs. The Copy portion of C/M is an efficient way to create new levels that are equivalent to theirs.

Coordination Review (Collaborate tab) will let you deal with naming (grid/level) and elevation (levels) changes.

If major changes (if the other team has deleted some levels/grids or renamed everything) occur to grids/level naming it is often easier to use the Stop Monitoring button (when a grid or level is selected) so Revit stops worrying about them until you've resolved the changes.

This is especially true if levels are deleted in their model and your current related level is hosting elements. You'll have to resolve your element to level relationships before you dare to delete a corresponding level.
