Synchronization

THe Synchronization button is greyed out, so I can't sych or publish to the ACC cloud. How to change the status on the toolbar, so I can sych.?

Try closing the model and reopening it from the ACC cloud. This often resets the connection and re-enables the "Synchronize" button.

Is this a workshared model that resides on ACC or are you trying to make it one?

Older versions reside on ACC, so I need to make this one visible to consultants on ACC.

Thank you and the model says, "Cloud model" rather than "Workshare model' and is not allowing me to publish, or synch. Is there a way to convert the loud model to workshare?

I'm fairly certain that in order for it to be a cloud model it is already workshared. Do you have worksets in it?
