Surface pattern not showing on a wall

Hi everyone,

I'm setting up my graphics this way, where vertical lines should be 117mm away from each other: 

Yet, in a section, the model shows vertical lines 70 mm apart:

What am I doing wrong? 70 mm was the old pattern, I updated it to reflect the current choices for the facade.

Remove paint from the wall.
