Dear everyone,

I am looking for an add-in (free or paid) that can export user defined Project Parameters into PDF metadata. So far I have looked into Docuflow but it seems it can only export default parameters for Project Information and Sheet.

Thank you for your suggestions

You can get creative to get a PDF as it is not an out of the box solution.

I would suggest the Autodesk data exchange. This can help visualize almost anything in your models with very little input from the user but identifying the data you want to visualize.

you could go a visual programming tool route like dynamo to extract the information and create the graphics thru Power BI which you will print to a PDF

or Third-party solutions

by using few solutions, you can use Clarity or ISW (Ideate software) to gather information from your project and export it to an Excel file and now both of this solutions have capabilities to automate and schedule this tasks.

Below I will provide a few images that with ISW you could achieve your goal and then visualize it in a PowerBI dashboard

as part of the ISW solution it comes with a few templates of data extraction that are ready to use as soon as you install it one of them is for Quality control of project parameters

I am using the the sample project for Revit 2024-Architectural to use an example and this are the project parameters I can gather

you can add more as needed with similar steps as building schedules

Have fun!

Why don't you share the revit model via autodesk viewer so that they can see all bim data?
