Hello guys,

I am trying to use Revit with an energy analyse but i get the message:

To run Energy Analysis for Autodesk® Revit®, you must have a current Autodesk subscription.

Issue: The Autodesk user account that you entered is not associated with an Autodesk subscription.

Solution: Contact your BIM manager or CAD manager or go to www.autodesk.com/subscription for information about obtaining an Autodesk subscription.

But i'm a student and i just want to try something if this fits/works at my company where i work for.

Even when i click on the link i cant select the right product to activate/select.

hopefully somebody can help me!

thank you!

If you are doing an energy analysis for your model, you can either run the analysis within the software for basic loads and calcs or you can do them via online.  In order to do the online based method, your autodesk account must be on subscription and your user profile must have this feature enabled.  If you can log into your account as the contract administrator, you can see your permissions within your user account and verify that capability.  After enabling it, you can use this feature to do an analysis with Revit via the cloud.

Alternatively, try installing Revit as a trial on another computer (not as a student account) and see if the cloud analysis will work for you.
