Hi,
I have been using Revit on the computer lab at my school, and I have run out of cloud credits for rendering. I previously contacted Autodesk with this issue, and I was told to redownload Revit from the education community and to enter an activation code. I tried this, and I tried switching the license type to educational single-user, but I am still not seeing any cloud credits.
Any help would be appreciated, as I use this service extensively.

If you go to manage.autodesk.com and login with the same e-mail that you use for your student version check under Reporting and Cloud Services Usage. There should be a button that says "Get Cloud Credits"
The button is not showing for me (see attachment). I have tried using the "Get Cloud Credits" link directly from Revit, but it tries to charge me for them.

Of course....what...do you think just because you are a student everything is free?
Ah...finally found the Education Support link... https://www.autodesk.com/education/support/edu-contact-us-form
You should be able to talk to a Education Support tech right now...
Actually, students should be able to obtain unlimited cloud credits through an Educational License. I tried customer support, and they gave me an email address to contact rendering support, so hopefully things should get resolved!
P.S., here is the contact email for anyone else who may be facing the same issue(s)
support.autodesk360.rendering@autodesk.com
