Hi,
I'm a student and wanted to render a space. I went to View>Render in cloud>continue>changed render quality to final and now I'm prompted to purchase more credits. From what I've read in previous forums, Students receive unlimited cloud credits.
Initially, I repaired my Revit- it didn't work. I then uninstalled and reinstalled a later version and that didn't work.
Can someone please help!

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Because I've tried that and unfortunately, no luck.
they are the only ones that can fix it

I've contacted the education support team twice. I've created a total of three cases and not one case has been resolved.
There should be an easier way of fixing the issue, it just seems a little silly that I have to wait this long.
