Stuck Between installed and unistalled revit

I had Revit 2023 downloaded but it would only run in viewer mode. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it to see if that would resolve the viewer mode issue but when I went to reinstall Revit 2023 it told me that Revit 2023 was already installed. So now I can't even access Revit on my computer. I have included a picture that shows that there is only one file in my Revit 2023 file.

Use the Autodesk Uninstall Tool which should have been installed on your computer when you installed Revit. It can be found in the Autodesk folder in the Start Menu.
