structural linked revit beam did not cut the architectural wall

Hi;

I am modelling architectural walls, while a Revit structural file has been linked to my architectural model. The problem is that my architectural walls are not cut by structural beams, which they are existed in the linked model. A photo has been attached for better understanding.

What is the solution to use a structural linked beam for cutting architectural walls?

walls and beams cannot join or cut each other in Revit.  You can copy/monitor the arch model wall into your structure model to Edit Profile of the wall to show it as being "joined/cut" by the beam.

I have the same problem, this is one of the stupidest things ever. They should improve this side of joining the geometries so materials don't overlap in a coordination, otherwise it becomes faster to work with autocad..

Revit is not a coordination software per se, but rather a modeling software with coordination tools. You can cut walls with linked geometry using the copy/monitor tool. You can also include linked elements in schedules to obtain crossed data. Or you can use a coordination software like Navisworks, depending on why you need to cut an architectural or coordination model with a linked element. In any case, it is much easier than doing it with Autocad.
