Structural Framing exporting to IFC

Hello there,

Im dealing with the fact that i cannot export my structural framing into a IFC file.

Can some one help me out?

I already downloaded the IFC exporter (see the attachment)

Did i something wrong in the 3d view?

Hello there,

I don't know if it's the question but try to go to "Export > Options > IFC Options" and check if the IFC Class Name of Structural Framings is NOT set to "Not Exported".

Following on from the comment above, if it is, set it to export as IfcBuildingElementProxy.

The original post didn't note which version of Revit you were exporting from. 

I have found issues in the past that have stemmed directly from the txt file that governs which revit elements export to which IFC entities being incorrect. 

In 2019, Structural Framing is set to export as IfcBuildingElementProxy.

Currently it sets Structural foundations to export as IfcSlab.

I've changed this in my local setup to be IfcFooting with no enumeration.
