Structural beam system doesn't show up in column

Hi, I am new to Revit. I am having trouble with this structural beam system that I am using to model Tongue and Groove as the finishing face of the house.

The boundary is correctyl drawn but the planks don't arrive to the column. My idea is that they are being nailed on the wood curtain wall system that you can see in the last picture and they extend to cover the metal column.

Why does this happen? how can I fix it?Screenshot 2023-11-21 103010.pngScreenshot 2023-11-21 103046.pngScreenshot 2023-11-21 103232.png

They are most likely being joined and the Column is constraining them.

You really need a workplane slight off the face of the Column so they so not interact as at present it looks line that overlap.

Simply draw a Reference Plane in Section just of the Column

Set this as your workplane

Draw your Beam System
