I use this website to create the strikethrough.

https://cutekaomoji.com/text-generators/strikethrough/

Copy the text and paste it in Revit

I believe it is possible ... even if everyone (including @barthbradley ) tells you it is not

use a font which has a strikethrough (Below GIF...using a multiline text parameter with a custom font)

I never said it wasn't possible.  I said "Vote".

"Impossible" is not in my vocabulary.

Can you show how to create a text field parameter "strikethrough" on plain text (not associated with a family)?

THIS FONT CAUSED A FONT MAPPING ISSUE IN MY REVIT MODEL, NOW ALL OF MY TITLEBLOCKS FONTS ARE PRINTING LARGER THAN THEY APPEAR IN THE MODEL. YIKES! THIS METHOD SHOULD NOT BE USED!

I am not having that issue. What version of PDF driver you are using and what Revit version are you using?

I don't have that problem but if you have a font mapping issue when print to  a printer or print to PDF, just embed all fonts in the printer/PDF settings, and uncheck this box.
