Strange Print issue - Right side of sheet wont print fills properly

Everything shows properly in Revit and in the print preview:

When I print (Raster or Vector) arrowhead fills shift but only for the detail on the right side. And the logo fill is gone.

if I switch around the details the error switches to the details on the right:

For fun I edited the title block family and copied the logo around:

I tried copying into a new project, same result.

I tried Upgrading from 2021 to 2023 same result.

Any thoughts?

THANKS IN ADVANCE

Dumb question, but have you tried restarting your computer? I have gotten weird glitches like that sometimes and after restarting they would go away. I hope that's the case.

Not a dumb question at all. Yes I have.

I Printed this sheet successfully back in November. All my prints from this model in the last couple of months have had that issue and it's not just that sheet, it's all the detail sheets in this model. I've ignored it until now assuming it would be any easy fix.

I'm open to any and all suggestions, hoping I'm overlooking something simple.

The only time I have had a similar issue, but not on the title block which is why I did not suggest it, is that there is something there that you are not seeing (duh)? Once I setup a 3D property line volume that was over my entire model as an extrusion, and because it is solid, it needed to be hidden or made 100% transparent. If I did not do that, when I went to a sheet, it looked a bit like some of your images.  good luck, hope someone else can help you with this!

I'm Print to PDF 24x36. Using Bluebeam

When I print to 11x17 PDF it prints correctly:

Try Revit native export to PDF, or diroots one pro sheet PDF.

diroots print works!

Thanks @ToanDN

So, the issue is likely with bluebeam.
