Strange Analytical surface

Dear forum,

I have made a model to use analyse in Green Building Studio. When I make an energy model in Revit their appears an analytical surface which I can not seem to get rid off (I already tried deleting and reinstalling the wall and slab where the unwanted analytical surface appears). The analytical space is highlighted in the image below.

When I use this energy model in GBS it also gives values that are too high for energy demands.. So I think the program sees this surface as an air opening with no thermal resistance...

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
It is quite urgent and I can not seem to find a solution on my own.

Kind regards,
Karel

I think the best solution is find the wrong area and delete it, then you need to check your values if are ok in the second round you can add again the area missing.
