Steel Sheet pile modelling

Hello,

I need to create a trench box(wall), for utility lines. It will look like this.

It is repeated along the path. I know there are certain ways such as adoptive families and curtain wall. The challenging part for this modeling is I need to cut the top and bottom of the steel sheet pile based on the surface from Civil 3D.

Any ideas for this?

There's an old thread (link below) about about how to model this with the curtain wall tool.

It does not mention anything about cutting this, though. Unfortunately, custom curtain wall panels cannot be cut with edit profile.

Model them as mullions in a curtain wall. They can adapt when you edit profile the curtain wall, but the base and top of each mullion are still horizontal, so you have a step-like look.

If you use custom curtain panels, do not edit profile the curtain wall, use an in place SOLID form mass to cut each panel.

Thank you for getting back to me. An Autodesk support told me a great way to do it. I can create a adaptive family first and use floor to cut it. Of course, for floor, I add add some line for different elevation.
