Steel Always vertical

I have load a Steel Beam family from the supplied content. I am not able to save the family with changes. I am trying to turn off the always vertical.

Save as to another folder and use a different name.

Both what family is it?  A Revit structural column can be slanted and a Revit structural frame can be angled as either a beam or a brace.  All without changing the family at all.

Beam or column?  Either can be angled without messing with the family..

I duplicated the family and loaded into the project. This solved my issue.
the always vertical is checked in the new family. Not sure what is causing
the original family to not follow an angled reference plane.
