I'm not seeing an issue. Just adjust your shaft opening. The stairs meet the level just fine. No?

No... in 1:50 scale details are not correct:
Last stair is not a stair is a floor
The concrete of the stair doesnt connect correctly to concrete under floor
In img attached details are obvoius not as rvt file

I think we have a language barrier dividing us. I opened your section view and I see that the stairs do not meet correctly with the second level floor. You want the stairs to stop the floor level.  Correct? Well, two things: 1) since you have used a shaft opening to create the floor opening, you need to adjust the shaft opening to accommodate your stairs, and 2) since your stairs end with riser, the stairs will correctly terminate below the second level floor. The vertical distance between the last tread and the finished floor level will equal the depth of one riser and one thread thickness (17).  Understand me?
