Stairs Annotation issues with path

Greetings,

I'm currently working in a file that contains linked files. I'm currently annotating in this central file and when it comes to stair paths i still get the projection of the above arrows even though I disabled the <above> items. Am I missing something? I'm attaching the screenshots

kindly check the view range of the View...

Check the top & bottom Range. and also view depth value
