Stair Visibility - below

I have a stair that I am unable to view what is below.

Things I confirmed:

-The stair is entirely within the scope box

Things I have tried:

-Adjusting the view range to the view below and that

-Using a Plan Region around the entire stair

What could I be missing in order to be able to see the the lower portion of my stair?

The only thing that is different with these stairs from stairs I have worked with in the past is that they are a multi-story stair. Would that be part of the issue?

Multi-storey stair is problematic. My colleague ran into an issue where the railing hosted on multi-storey will not display properly regardless what plan region setting I've set. So for newer stairs, I would simply create one stair and group them and copy them up inorder to make the stair show up correctly.

I talked to a friend in the office and looked it over for a few minutes. He figured out that the plan region needs to encompass the entire multi-story stair to show.
