stair tread profile

Hi all,

I have a question about the stair steps(tread) in my model. I have modeled the stair as it should be with the tread profile as below:

actually, the treads should be antislip with rubber on top as picture below:

do you have any idea how can I change the treads from just simple profile to a component steps with holes and rubber on it?

Create a pattern with pyrevit and apply it to the steps material
