Stair stringers and railing

Hello everyone,

For some reason, I'm having trouble aligning the inner stringer and railing concentrically at the same height as the external one. Does anyone have any tips or can offer assistance? Thanks in advance.

Edit the top rail type and uncheck Add vertical at tangent joint.

Yeah, you have a nasty condition there.  It's more a design challenge than a Revit issue.
