Stair representation - nosing

Hi all,

I have a problem about showing structural stair lines as dashed-line. They are just visible under finishing of stair.

In another model, it is like what i exactly want. Stair1 - stair in structural model, stair2- edit type mode of the stair in structural model and Stair 3- structural model linked with architectural model, and the finishing in architectural model seperatly.

I checked the settings but everything seems same. But my stair looks like below image. How can i represent it as attachment stair?

Do you have any other stair below this stair?

Try creating a view template from the "good" view and applying it to the "bad" view.

I think I misunderstood where the "good" view is residing. Sound like it's in another project, so the view template idea obviously won't work. But, I did notice in the photos you attached, that you are in Edit Mode in one picture but not the other picture. They look to be the same stair. What is this comparison supposed to illustrate?

Yes, they are all marked and same in both models.

I have to different project models, using same stairs and same view templates, one of them has dashed line and one of them looks like solid line, wrongly. I could not find ay difference between 2 models and obviously i'm missing something.

stair 3 image couldnt attached, sorry. attachement images are from correct stair.

the other image is my wrong stair

this one is stair3 named image of correct stair.

Is the "solid" stair created under an older phase?

Could it be an RCP View with an Underlay?

@Anonymous: Still at it two weeks later? So, what's up? What does your last post mean and who are you talking to?

im not at it, it is hold for me now. im doing linework for it.

But i applied or check all replies and could not find anything. when select it and highlighted with blue, it shows structural steps but normally they are under architectural (finishing) stair and not showing. 1.JPG2.JPG
